Promotion induces employees to work diligently as it is an acknowledgement of their hard work, and they feel valued when employers reward them with an increase in salary or a higher role in company. This essay will discuss the reasons behind a person’s ambition to achieve promotion and the factors responsible for his hard working attitude.

Global warming is a challenge faced by the humanity as a whole. As the name itself suggests that it is a global challenge so it must be tackled by making collective efforts globally rather than acting locally. In my opinion, environmental issues demand attention from the global community as any local institute or government is powerless to deal with them.
