Artist need a certain amount of freedom to develop their creativity. Some people think that artist should have total freedom to express any thoughts and ideas.

Artists reflect the mood of the generation. They are the mirror of the generation they belong to. If they are not given free reign to their imagination then innovation in art does not occur. Without innovation the artistic tradition cannot flourish. I completely agree with the argument that artist should be unrestricted in expressing their thoughts and ideas through the medium of their art. 

Artists and their artworks reflect the ideas and aspirations of the generation they belong to. Given freedom to express their thoughts in a creative way, artists ultimately help flourish the artistic tradition. It is a popular belief that artists and creative people should be encouraged to express themselves fully without any restrictions from any authority. I completely agree with this and this essay will show why it is important to encourage artistic freedom.

Rich countries are getting richer while poor countries are getting poorer.

What is the cause of this? What could be done to solve this problem?

Developed countries are enjoying a constant increase in their per capita incomes while more and more people in underdeveloped countries are being pushed below poverty line. It would be difficult to single out one reason for this thing, yet lack of democratic institutions and poor infrastructure in healthcare and education are widely believed to be the major causes behind this. This essay will discuss some major causes as well as remedial steps to solve this issue.

The gap between per capita incomes of developed countries and underdeveloped countries is widening rapidly in recent times.   

Some people think that when a person travels into a different culture they should adapt to local practices and customs.

Traveling is not just visiting new places, it is an activity which is quite essential to help us understand different cultures. When a traveler embraces the culture of a country he is visiting, he instantly feels at home with the indigenous people of that country. In my opinion, one should adapt to local traditions in order to get the first hand experience of that culture rather than just looking at it from a distance.

Bringing in foreign workers to fill positions that domestic workers are unwilling to do can cause problems in the local community and should therefore be stopped.

Developed countries need cheap labor and for this they depend upon migrant workers from underdeveloped countries. At first this fulfils the need for a strong labor force at low costs, but then it causes resentment in locals as their job opportunities are drastically reduced in the long run. This is a very sensitive issue which should be handled pragmatically rather than banning migrant workers. I completely disagree with this argument and this essay will show why blocking influx of migrant workers is harmful to economy. 

Libraries should focus on improving their technological resources rather than on building a large collection of paper books?

According to a research, public libraries are the trusted places where people continue and explore the joys of reading, information and culture. Since the inception of public libraries, physical books have been the traditional source of information for readers. Yet technology has caused a sudden shift in reading medium, from paper books to digital books. In my opinion, readers prefer physical books and therefore improving the collection of physical books should be the prime concern of a public library.
