A close knit family acts like an efficient and cohesive unit, which ultimately determines the success of a business. In many Asian countries, the top most companies are mainly family owned businesses. This practice of dynastic succession has been considered an ideal model to run a company by some commentators. While others argue that family feuds and rivalry for dominance among siblings may threaten the stability of such companies. In my opinion, a company must be run by meritorious people rather than descendants of a single family.
Some people think that it is beneficial for old people to learn something new while others believe that once a person is past 65 years of age it is too late to learn.
What is your opinion?
keywords : old people, learning new things, past 65 years of age, too late
Learning is a lifelong process and can be beneficial to everyone regardless of one’s age. Research shows that elderly people should try learning something new, this very process of learning helps make new connection between brain cells and protects them against Alzheimer’s Disease. In my opinion, it is never too late to learn something new, and old people should spend their time learning things in which they are interested.
