keywords : understand, culture, speak the language

Language and culture are interlinked in a way that you cannot learn one of these without having a clear understanding of the other. Both of these represent the human aspects of a particular group of people. I agree with the statement that language and culture are intertwined in a way that it is through language only one can have access to the culture where that language is spoken.

The reason that most individuals are in debit is due to overuse as well as irresponsible use of credit cards. Banks should not issue credit cards unless they are completely sure of an individual’s ability to pay back their debits.

To what extent do you agree with this?

keywords : individual, in debit, credit cards, debit

In this age of consumerism, people are in the habit of spending more money than they earn. Previously it was a tedious procedure for borrowing money from bank, but nowadays credit cards expedite this procedure. However, people use credit cards irresponsibly and end up being in debit at the end of the month. To stop people from using credit cards recklessly, some argue that bank should ensure whether a person is able to pay back his debits. I  completely agree with the statement as this is the way an individual can be saved from devastating consequences of overspending.
