This century has seen a new phenomenon where the most important currency is time, not money. With more time at hand, even though not having more money, can be a useful thing to create happy memories. While some people argue that with more money one can increase the intensity of a pleasurable activity, even if it lasts for a short duration only. Language and culture are interlinked in a way that you cannot learn one of these without having a clear understanding of the other. Both of these represent the human aspects of a particular group of people. I agree with the statement that language and culture are intertwined in a way that it is through language only one can have access to the culture where that language is spoken.
