You should say:
- Who this person is
- How you knew him/her
- What type of work he/she does
- And explain why you think he/she contributes to the society
Sample Answer
There are people who have a strong social conscience, and their goal in life is to make society a better living place for the other people.
At the same time, there are people who knowingly or unknowingly make great contributions, but they remain unknown throughout their lives.
For instance, many people don’t know the name of the scientist who invented the vaccine against this menacing corona virus. His/her contribution is a great one. But we don’t know the name, and that is a pity.
But, not all contributors share the same fate.
There is one Gujarati philanthropist named Nitin Jani who is a shining example of a great contributor.
Mr. Jani is a very generous person who believes in helping the poor and needy through giving them financial aid.
And he also believes in emancipation of women, especially those living in rural areas. So he runs a campaign for educating women and giving them an opportunity to pursue higher studies.
Two years ago, nobody knew who this guy was. He ran a YouTube channel where he used to upload comedy videos.
But then, in the year 2020, he started a campaign to help the homeless people in the rural areas of Gujarat.
His campaign became quite popular, and in just a few days, his followers increased dramatically on YouTube and other social media.
So when I saw his Facebook page for the first time, I was quite amused to see that this guy had more than a million followers on his Facebook page.
Out of curiosity, I started exploring his page, and I was very much impressed by the range of altruistic activities he did.
Mr. Jani has helped more than 2000 homeless families to build their own houses. Even he is there to help whenever a natural catastrophe occurs in Gujarat. He actively takes part in rehabilitation activities in the flood affected areas.
He is only 29 years old, and he is the driving force behind many social welfare programs.
His source of income is his social media pages. But, I am pretty sure that he must be getting donations from donors all around the world. These donors know that the money given to Mr. Jani will surely be used in a noble cause.
When I think about Mr. Jani and his generous nature, I feel very much inspired to do some selfless acts of service.
Though my work can never be as big as what Mr. Jani does, I can still make my little contribution by giving alms to the poor whenever I come across them.
If we all take some small steps, then the whole humanity can leap forward towards a better future.

In my opinion, jobs in the IT sectors are the highest paid jobs. And the next comes the jobs in the health sector where doctors are the highest earning professionals.

What are the changes in working conditions?
Working conditions are getting better these days, if you compare it with the working conditions that existed a few years ago.
Previously, there were long working hours and less time for breaks and refreshment.
Today, companies have understood that better working conditions would translate into better productivity.
What are the impacts of epidemic on the work environment?
Whenever an epidemic breaks out, people tend to distance themselves from others. This affects work environment also.
Instead of sitting together, employees prefer to work in silos or work from home if their work doesn’t require their physical presence at their workplace.
Do you think younger people should be lower-paid than older people?
To be very honest, I think the exact opposite should happen. Young people have dreams in their eyes. They also have family responsibilities. So, they need more money than older people who don’t need that much money and are often living a simple life.
