Sample Answer:
It is the irony that you encounter a very difficult task whenever you least expect it.
And this happens with me every now and then at my workplace.
Usually I accomplish them most of the time, and if I fail to do that, then I admonish myself for that. I try to find out the reasons why I failed, and then try not to repeat those mistakes again.
But, when I was in school, the story was different. I was a very shy and self-doubting type of a boy. And this affected my studies very badly. (or… my poor grades bore on this fact.)
In those days, our school used to organize elocution competition every year.
And the winner got the scholarship for the next year. So anyone who could boast even a passing acquaintance with oratory skills would try to win that competition.
I also wanted take part in the competition. In fact, I was desperate to win it, as my father didn’t have a regular job at that time and I wanted to help him by winning the scholarship and ease his burden.
I decided to take help of a professional who could train me for this.
Our English teacher Mr. Johnson was a very brilliant speaker. He did his B.A. in English Literature from Banaras University.
He was also a voracious reader, so I knew he would be the ideal person to help me prepare my speech for the competition.
I approached him the next day. And he was quite willing to help me overcome my fear of public speaking.
We had only 20 days before the competition. And every day, after school, I would go to Mr. Johnson’s house to train under him.
I must confess that he was very hard task master. But, I was quite determined to win the competition. So I trained diligently.
On the day of competition, I gave a very powerful speech and the whole auditorium roared with applause when I finished my speech.
When I went on to the stage to receive the prize, I looked at Mr. Johnson and tears started rolling down my cheeks.
I was very grateful to him for helping me achieve my goal. And even today, when I think about him and my competition, I feel grateful for my fortune in having such a great teacher.

Part 3
What are the most challenging jobs that people do?
In my opinion, each job, be that of a doctor or a decorator, involves some kind of challenges or difficulties.
But, I also want to emphasize that whenever it is the matter of saving human lives, the job of a doctor is very challenging. A small mistake by the doctor and the patient loses his/her life.
At the same time, the job of a fire-fighter comes to my mind when I think of a difficult job. Here, he has to risk his life in order to save people.
Why some people opt for challenging missions/tasks and not the easy ones?
Perhaps this is in their genetic makeup that they love doing difficult tasks. It gives them the sense of accomplishment when they perform a remarkable feat.
When these people are faced with a difficult task, they are thrilled at the thought of finishing these tasks. They devote all their energies to these tasks and finish them with relish.
All jobs are challenging at times, do you agree or disagree?
Yes, I do. In fact, there is always an element of uncertainty involved in every job.
You never know when you may face some challenges that seem insurmountable at first.
But, it all depends upon the person who is faced with such challenges. If he/she is courageous then he/she will find a way to overcome the challenge. Otherwise he/she would try to shirk from duty and try to find excuses for not doing the job.

Part 3
How important is it for people to have an ambition in their life?
A life without a definite purpose is a rudderless boat. It will go in any direction the circumstances will take it.
But, when there is a goal in life, then the person strives to achieve that goal. He stays focused on that task and never stops until he finally achieves that goal.
For personal growth, everyone should have a definite goal that motivates them to work hard.
Is it always necessary to work hard to be successful in your career?
Yes, there is no other option. And it should be the motto of everyone that the more you sweat during your training , the less you bleed during your fight.
There is no possibility of overnight success unless you work hard for years to achieve something.
It’s a misconception that we need to do smart work. Of course, we need to do have intelligence to be successful. But, diligence is also the ingredient of a success story.
Is it true that people who are successful are the happiest people?
No, not every time. We see many cases of successful celebrities who openly admit to being suffering from depression and loneliness.
They have everything that can make their lives luxurious. But, they lack inner peace and that makes them unhappy.
Whereas, you may see some poor kids who enjoy their days even they don’t know whether they will have the next meal or not.
