Many people work from home using modern technology today. Some people think that only the workers benefit from this and not the employer.

I completely disagree with this statement as its is advantageous to the employers too. This essay will explain why working from home is not without its profits for the employers.

- better connection with other colleagues as work from home makes a virtual workplace where everyone works as a team, unlike at the real office where they work in silos

- flexible working hours for employees leads to increased productivity
- no transportation cost for the employee means employers have to pay less to the workers.
- when workers work as a team, it engenders the spirit of camaraderie among them. Their grievances can be solved in real time, and their suggestions can be implemented quickly.
